A small flask of alcohol more valuable than simple Moonshine (It should be noted that currently, Pure Alcohol actually trades for less individually than Moonshine. Unknown if this is a glitch, since it is still profitable to produce, because you get two Pure (total value 22) for each Moonshine+Fuel+Filter (total value 17.5)) It also has the advantage of stacking up to 4 per inventory slot versus Moonshine taking a whole slot each, which is useful when taking it along to trade during scavenging.
You can drink it, you can trade it or you can use it to produce Meds or Bandages.
