"This block of flats has seen some heavy fighting. Most people had fled the area before the Vyseni rebels clashed there with military. The battle is over now, and there should be many things left to scavenge, because people were leaving in a rush"

This is one of the first locations visited by newer players due to the lack of danger of any level and the fact it is one of the initially unlocked locations on many playthroughs. There are no special events here and the location appears to remain unchanged the whole length of a playthrough, unlike places like the Hospital, which makes it suitable for safe item storage. There is a baby car that can be inspected for flavour text, but no hidden scavenging piles will be unlocked by doing so. 2 Sawblades are recommended for the two grated doors on the second and third levels. One leads to medical supplies while the other leads to materials.
No strategy hints are needed for this place; you can enter, open the two grated doors, and shuttle the entire contents of the location to a single pile in a single night, allowing you to easily optimize your scavenging runs here for the one to three further times you'll want to return and clear the place out.
